Kalshi Pro should reduce attention costs, not multiply screens

A workstation earns its place when a user can explain why each view is present.

Kalshi Pro is documented as a beta workstation using the same Kalshi account and balance, with a sortable and filterable market table showing depth, volume and prices. Our take is that the most useful evaluation is about attention. More information on a desktop is not automatically a better decision environment. We would want the workspace to make a defined research routine easier to repeat and easier to stop.

We would consider Pro for an existing Kalshi user who can name the limitations of their current market-scanning process. The tradeoff is a richer workspace versus the possibility of constructing a dashboard around whatever is most visually active. We would begin with a small set of views tied to explicit questions, rather than filling every available area of the screen.

An evaluation should choose a short list of market-selection criteria and ask a user to apply them consistently across two separate sessions. Check whether the filters and displayed fields make exclusions understandable, whether context is easy to recover and whether the account relationship is clear. Beta status means current behavior deserves direct checking. We have not tested the workstation. Our criterion would be a calmer, reproducible research routine, not the number of simultaneous markets someone can keep in view.
